SFFAS Cocktail Reception in NYC

The Fall Antiques Show kicked off its 33rd year on the East Coast with a party in New York City, co-hosted by Carlton Hobbs and Ike Kligerman Barkley at Carlton Hobbs' spectacular gallery on the Upper East Side. Guests mingled through the large historic home that houses the gallery and viewed a stunning collection of art and antiques while they sipped custom cocktails and Wine by Napa Ridge Winery and nibbled on hors d’oeuvres by Sonnier & Castle.

The New York and San Francisco-based Ike Kligerman Barkley will be creating the Grand Entry Hall display at the show this year: a larger-than-life spectacle that ties into the 2014 theme, “The Rush of Gold” in an artistic and playful manner. “Our display pays homage to the Bay Area’s digital culture,” says Thomas A. Kligerman, who leads the project. “We’re hoping our immersive take on ‘the Rush of Gold’ will pleasantly surprise the Fall Antiques Show crowd.” In the tradition of past years, the Fall Antiques Show is thrilled to be working with this renowned architecture firm.

Carlton Hobbs returns to the show as an exhibitor this year, as always with stunning and exquisite pieces; their booth is always a draw. “What a beautiful evening in honor of the Fall Antiques Show and in support of the important work of the non-profit Enterprise for High School Students” said Director, Ariane Trimuschat. “We are so grateful to Carlton Hobbs and Stefanie Rinza of Carlton Hobbs and to Tom Kligerman, John Ike and Joel Barkley of Ike Kligerman Barkley for hosting this lovely affair.”
